  Instrumentation, Piping and Electrical Fabrication and Construction

Instrumentation, Piping and Electrical device shall be treated in accordance with relevant engineering document, codes, standards and regulation. The services we made are not only limited to fabrication and constuction, but cover the entire work starting from engineering, procurement to commissioning.

 Preventive Maintenance
  Wellhead Control Panel (WHCP)
  N2 Gas Dryer

WHCP is the most important equipment that handle safety and operation for oil & gas well production, the failure of WHCP might cost serious loses, injuries and environment effect. We also make a recommendation for WHCP modification in order to make the system more safety, easy maintenabilty and operability.

Nitrogen gas dryer mostly used for utilities in a plant. The output of dryer shall meet certain dryness depend on nitrogen uses, the failure of maintaining the dryness will cost the failure / damage to another equipment that uses nitrogen service. We are able to maintain periodically the dryer to make it operate properly and reduce the failure possibilities of the equipment’s.
